The Florasis Rewards is an exclusive, complimentary loyalty program designed to give you the benefits and rewards you deserve. Our program is designed in five tiers, with increasing benefits in each. You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on florasis.com. Once you have earned points, you can begin to redeem rewards from our exclusive rewards catalog.

There are many benefits that members enjoy as soon as they join the program, including a member welcome point bonus, early access to new products and promotions, access to points multiplier events, an annual birthday gift, complimentary shipping and more!

As a member, you receive exclusive access to a rewards catalog where points can be redeemed for exclusive Florasis items and select limited-edition products. Simply login to your Florasis account and visit the My Reward Status.

Your points will remain in your loyalty account as long as you shop at least once every 12 months. After 12 months from earn date, the points will expire. All coupons have individual expiration dates. Please use your points and coupons within the validity period.

Members have a calendar year to reach a tier level. Once there, they have the calendar year to enjoy benefits and earn enough points to remain or upgrade their membership. If you have been in a Level for 12 months and not moved into the next Level, you will drop to the Level reflective of your last 12 months’ spend history.

All florasis.com purchases will be reflected in your Loyalty Account Dashboard up to 48 hours after your order ships.

When you return a product or cancel an order, the points earned on those products and orders will also be returned. Any coupons you use will be credited to your account. If a coupon hasn't been returned to your account, please contact us at service@florasis.com so we can re-add them for you.

Points and rewards are exclusively for the account holder's use and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Additionally, points earned by different customers cannot be combined.
