II. PURPOSE
For what purpose will we process your personal data?
In FLORASIS we will treat your information for:
1. Maintenance of the commercial relationship and provision of the service contracted.
2. Sending commercial information related to our sector.
3. Making a budget tailored to users/ interested party’s needs.
4. Manage email communications with interested parties.
5. To carry out the selection processes of the company.
6. Control the security of the facilities (video surveillance).
7. Management of employees and human resources of the company.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data you provide us will be kept for as long as the current business relationship is maintained. However, in order to have the maximum transparency with you, we indicate that the general computations with which we work are:
- Generic identification data (e-mail, name, surname, first name, telephone number, etc.): for the duration of the business relationship or until consent is revoked. In any case, they will be deleted when they will not be used for the purpose for which they were collected.
- Accounting, tax and labor: six (6) years.
- Labor: ten (10) years.
- Selection processes: two (2) years from the delivery of the curriculum vitae.
- Also, given the sending of commercial information, even if the relationship between the parties is terminated, FLORASIS will continue to retain your information for sending newsletters related to our products and services. You can always exercise the rights recognized by current legislation by contacting us through the most convenient way for you.
Despite the existence of these general deadlines, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to proceed to delete those data that are not legally necessary.

Your data will not be communicated to third party companies, unless it is necessary to know the group companies of EastGarden or otherwise indicated. We also inform you that your data will not be transferred internationally to any third country unless provide to the country which the group companies of EastGarden located in or otherwise indicated.
